I did it - i got up and ran this morning! I even did speed work, and did 4 reps at last week's high speed, and 4 reps at a pace 11 seconds faster! WOO!
Then tonight I did abs, foam roller, and stretching tonight! woo!
Two in a row? can i handel it?! i'd put money on it :)
